Receiving "cswgina.dll failed to load" error message on PC

After the initial install of a client adpter, you receive the cswgina.dll failed to load error message.

Resolution

To resolve the error message, perform the following steps:

1. Operate in safe mode
2. Search for the MSGINA.dll file
3. Copy the file to a temporary file
4. Rename the file CSWGINA.dll
5. Copy the file back into Windows (NT) Sys 32 Directory
6. Power cycle the PC
