Core Issue
The WCS email notification functionality does not generate email alerts or notifications for some of the minor events.
Resolution
The WCS includes a built-in email notification function that can notify network operators when critical alarms occur. Choose WCS Monitor > All Alarms > Email Notification in order to view the current alarm notification settings. At this time, WCS does not send email notifications for minor alerts and alarms. It only sends email notifications for major events.
