I have 2 cisco CBW150ax-B access points, that are Stuck in blinking green, both were working part of a 7 group of all CBW150ax's with a CBS250 POE switch, I have done the factory reset on then both, but they just continue to blink Green, off then green, I tried the resets multiple times, Right now I have them connected to the power injectors.
Any Suggestions?
and how to get warranty support? when I look up the number it says it doesn't exist

the table in the document is a little unclear
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/wireless/CBW-AX/kmgmt-3377-led-pattern-normal-boot-cbw150ax.pdf
but I think you must reed phase 3 as:
Green, off Green -> Radio initialized and waiting on uplink IP
-> check if your DHCP server has IP adresses to assign to the AP.
if only connected to power, but not to the network, then obviously no addresses can be assigned

No, that was not the problem, I had DHCP, and using the POE power injector supplied with it. It would not change even after doing the reset with the button, I had 3 of these fail within a month, same symptom.
I was able to lookup the serial number and did verify these were registered to Amazon, I was able to open a ticket with the title
Defective Cisco CBW150 AX units, requesting warranty assistance, Following all the troubleshooting steps and I was able to get them all replaced. Reprogramming and added them back into use.
