Cisco WAP121 problems and speed degrading.

here in the office there are 3 access points i configured them using the assistant

they are on dhcp.

there, all done right, speed is 24MBps on a 300mbps connection. all's good in the world right ? speedtest on mobile says so.

a week later, 2 access points show 1.2MBps connection on speedtest. all except one access point have their connection degraded, the other one is on the way there showing 7mbps,

no ammount of rebooting does anything. what could be happening ?

the first time we thought it could be configuration error and that's why i reconfigured them.

any info will help a lot, thanks!
