make ap 1600 as server dhcp

i have issue with my AP 1602i SAP i wanna to configure server dhcp to allow ip addresses dynamically so can any one told me if it's possible to make my access point as server dhcp for the client dhcp

Hi, You can configure an autonomous AP as a dhcp server. A typical configuration would be as below. AP# configure terminal AP(config)# ip dhcp excluded-address 172.16.1.1 172.16.1.20 AP(config)# ip dhcp pool wishbone AP(dhcp-config)# network 172.16.1.0 255.255.255.0 AP(dhcp-config)# lease 10 AP(dhcp-config)# default-router 172.16.1.1 AP(dhcp-config)# end Hope that helps.
