I have two WAP371 access points. Each is on it's own VLAN plugged into a cisco RV320 router. I can join the wifi network on each WAP. I'm trying to log into the WAP to configure it. I know the IPs for the WAPs and I double checked by looking at the default gateway using ipconfg from command window. In my browser when I go to the WAP's IP, I don't get a login screen. It says the site can't be reached. I'm using Chrome browser on Windows 10. From the command screen I can ping the WAP and it responds. I have the same issue with both WAPs. BTW - these WAP access points were not setup by me. I'm helping a friend. I have the username and password, but I just can't get a login screen. I don't want to factory reset them.
