Hi Friends,
I have an access point WAP4410N. (Version: 2.0.7.8 ) When this was connected to an unmanaged switch port, it was working perfectly. But when I connect it to a port of Cisco 2960 switch (Flat switch), the AP hangs frequently. Some users are shown as connected but no internet connectivity and others are not able to connect. I have access to the switch cli. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi
Are you sure the interface is in the correct vlan or if its using trunk connection it has all the vlans assigned to the port it requires
if its using wlc its usually an access port with correct , if autonomous I think it can be both depending on setup locally

It's in default vlan. There is no other vlan configured in switch. And also the access point is in autonomous mode. Is there any specific configuration to be done in switch port for access point?

Hi
yes it does require configuration in autonomous mode as it5s not pulling any info from a wlc controller
see these docs show how to setup 1 up from scratch
