WPA 321 Dissconnet frequently and SSID oges off

Dear All,

We have three CISCO WAP 321 Devices, which are having a same configuration. we have 192.168.0.x, 192.168.1.x,192.168.8.x networks. Device's are configured in 192.168.8.x network.

1) 2 SSID is created on each device.

2) SSID password, Channel are same for all device.

3) Device's are connected through POE Switch.

4) we have one more device on same POE Swtich, which gone faulty again and again.

5) Client's are getting disconnect frequently. yellow sing on WiFi networks at client end.
