2000 Series controller install

We have installed a 2000 series wireless controller and connected an 1131 series access point. The controller detects the access point but returns several error messages. For instance: Refusing Image Download

Any ideas?

i had a similar problem last week. you need to donwload the latest firmware for the controller. i called the tac and they had me download the latest firmware and that took care of it. personally, i can't believe they would ship such a poor firmware, but that appears to be the problem.

Thanks for all the postings on 2006 Controller. Would like to know how to upgrade 2006 with 2.2 firware to the latest 3.2.always get an error "Insufficient Flash Memory" error when the new firmware is extracted.
