2802I-C-K9 Mobility Express packet loss and high latency problem

Hello,

I am facing some problems with Cisco 2802I-C-K9 mobility express AP (IOS version 8.3.102.0).

I have 6 Cisco 2802 mobility express APs. Among them I have configured one AP as a controller and other five APs joined with the controller by using mobility express.

When I connect with SSID it takes more time (30-40 seconds) than usual to connect with SSID. When I ping the gateway IP or ping the Google DNS or the management IP of Controller, the percentage of packet loss is more than usual (20% - 30% packet loss). And latency is also high. SSID signal strength is good.

What are the facts causing this problems? How can I solve this? Hoping your kind assistance.

Screenshots are attached for your clarification.

Thanks is advance.

Can you try a newer IOS instead of 8.3.102.0? Try 8.3.133.0.

Hello Leo,

I don't have the IOS version 8.3.133.0. If you don't mind, can you provide me the IOS 8.3.133.0? It would be helpful for me.

Thanks.

Carefully read the Cisco Security Advisory called "Multiple Vulnerabilities in Wi-Fi Protected Access and Wi-Fi Protected Access II" and scroll down to the  "Customers Without Service Contracts" section.  Read very, very carefully the first two paragraphs with emphasis on the second paragraph.

Hope this helps.
