403 error message - Cisco WLC C9800-CL with AP in flexconnect mode

Hi all,

We have an issue with a customer on which we have deploy our captive portal solution. They have a Cisco WLC C9800-CL with AP in flexconnect mode.

Users are seeing a 403 error message when they are being redirected to our splash page.

One of our URLs appear to be invalid (see attachment).

It used to work fine and no changes were being made on our side.

Can someone help figuring this out?
