Can I use the switch 3650 to act as wireless controller for AP1850.
It is stated in the data sheet of the AP1850 supported in the future.I need advise if it is workable or not yet?

Yes, as long as the switch can support 3.7.3 (and later). Read Software Release Support for Specific Access Point Modules for more information.
Just be warned that Cisco Converged Access has been abandoned after 16.3.X because it was a failure (due to hardware limitation on the 3650/3850).
