Now it is working, the only problem is the gigabitethernet maximum speed became 10mb/s, when i change it to 100 or 1000 it shuts down the port immediately, so what is your suggestion, please say sth soon

We can't tell you what we don't know. Try a different switch port or a different switch. If your AP works when you connect it to your PC, then I guess the AP Ethernet is working fine, right? When you connect it to your switch it doesn't, so that to me is something on your switch. Your using a regular straight through cable and not a cross over?

*Sigh*
This is going to be my LAST response to this thread. It seems my message is NOT getting through.
If you plug the AP to a FastEthernet port the link comes up but if you plug the AP to a GigabitEthernet port the link goes down. This is a known symptom of a cable fault when the third pair is faulty.

Old thread. Same issue. We had a major storm roll through (not common for us here) with periods of high heat and humidity. Four of our 1252APs lost Ethernet functionality. All take PoE from an injector or switch, but the Gig0 port shows up/down. The switch will give it power but it never negotiates a speed. Nothing in the switch logs or console other than power granted messages.
We suspect a power issue killed the four APs. Other APs on the switch and power injectors were not affected.
