Hello Team
pls I need your advise. I faced an issue on my AP.
It seems like they dont' have access to internet while we have access to internet when we are connected on them.
Internet speed : 160mbps.
I'm still connected when I typed this message.

Are their management interfaces in a different VLAN to those of the switches? If so, check that the AP mgmt VLAN has the correct access to the Meraki cloud.
Also, if you go to the local status page of an AP, it should give you an idea of why it is offline, from a management perspective.

Thanks for replying
The APs are not in the same VLAN like the management.

What does the local status page say?

No particular message, but as you can see the ap affected are on specific VLAN,
When i move them from 199 to 202 their status turns on
I did my best checking what's wrong with vlan 199 but no way

There will be a firewall rule somewhere for VLAN 199. That or a misconfigured route or DNS setting.

Make sure the AP's are on a network that can reach meraki cloud on UDP/7351. And if you are on a newer firmware version also have them allow TCP/443 outbound. And if you are using a firewall that does SSL decryption, don't let the firewall do that because it messes up the connection.

The outbound rule the MX already allow UDP & TCP.
But still not working
