Hi, has anyone encounter aironet desktop utility crash on windows XP pc? especially those with PI21AG 802.11a/b/g wireless adapters?

There are a few windows application error dialog box pop up, saying something like "The instruction at "0x77fa336a" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

After that the ADU tray icon will disappear but wireless connection still availble. This happen on several XP pc.

The error messsage sounds like that the instruction stored at memory address "0x77fa336a" is trying to access an invalid memory.

I have not seen the problem yet. I suggest you to open a TAC Service Request; so that we can ask the software development engineer to look at the problem.
