If it is realy ME, web page should be there by default. Do you have access to it somehow?

Hi, Guys. I hope all of you are doing well. Today I come with a Video Tutorials on Cisco. In my Today's Video I am going to show you How can you Configure a Cisco-AP as Local-Wireless Controller or as a Mobility Express Types AP which acts as a Local-Wireless Controller. You've misunderstood what ME is.  The screenshot you're showing is for an autonomous AP.  That doesn't exist anymore.  The ME WLC GUI is where the AP is monitored, viewed and configured now - there is no GUI for the AP.

The only AP GUI which can be found on a CAPWAP AP is the Office Extend AP config pages

https://mrncciew.com/2013/01/15/configuring-oeap/

But OEAP is not supported on ME.
