Aircap 2702i E POE/Medium power

I have many mixed APs 2600,2700,3500,3700 series on poe switch. WLC 5508 8.5.161.0 ; 15.3(3)JF12$ IOS version

All APs normal working on full poe. Only one 2700 on reduced power. No port,cable,poe fault.

One 2700 15.3(3)JF12$ IOS version; Mini IOS 8.0.115.0; Boot version 15.2.4.5> Normal full power

Second 2700 15.3(3)JF12$ IOS version; Mini IOS 8.2.100.0; Boot version 15.2.4.5 > Medium power

- Reboot the problematic access point , just after boot connect to it and issue show logging , check powering related messages (first) ,

Problem found.
my AP2700 and 3700 series work normal bench testing on crappy cat5 2m long on full power.
When is on 20m good STPcat5e is reduced power.
