AP 2600 Series supports the below:-

1)Support up 64 Users

Can support more than that, but best practice is 25-30 per AP

2)VPN pass-through support

Can a client use VPN, sure.  Is VPN pass through supported. I don't think so.

3)Wireless Distribution System

Any autonomous AP supports WDS.

4)Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) 64-bit, 128-bit encryption 

It is supported

5)8 SSID

Up to 16 but recommended 3-4 or less
