AP 9120 without prompt

I have an EWC with registered APs of the 9120AX model, I recently bought 3 9120AX APs and I want to add them to my EWC, configure one of them with IP and I already see it in the EWC but the other 2 APs show me the following message and I do not see the promt, it doesn't let me write anything, I already used the mode button but the message is still the same.

How can I get the prompt to allow me to configure its static IP?

Why not try to configure a small DHCP for this APs and let that APs gets dynamically an IP address?

Connect the AP in another VLAN in that VLAN I have DHCP but the AP continues in the same way

What version are running the APs?

My ECW: 17.9.4 

My AP: 17.6.4.56

When my AP manages to join the wlc it will update to 17.9.4

I see that virtual link is going down, did you try to use another ethernet cable?

No, do not use another cable, because as I mentioned there were 3 APs and only one I could make that would work so I used the same cable. I even tested the cable thinking it was damaged but the test was successful.

Maybe if you try to use another  terminal emulator and be sure that Xon/Xoff is disable and type enter key could see something different.

Other option, it try to send the AP to factory values and see. The last one, could be sent the AP to uboot> and try to load a new image.

You can now configure the 2 APs that you had pending.

Summary: I had 3 new APs (I was going to configure them with a static IP) I was able to configure one without a problem, the other two couldn't, because it didn't show me the prompt despite pressing enter, giving it a restart, a reset, connecting it to another switch port, test the ethernet to see if it was damaged. Out of desperation I left the 2 APs connected there

I resumed the activity two days later, I just pressed enter and it allowed me to see the prompt to configure them, now I see it in my WLC.

It was quite strange.
