AP local Mode with wireless lan controller , 2702I AP NO WLAN

Hi i have a virtual WLC (AIR-CTVM-K9 with version 8.0.115.0) install on esxi , seems to work fine, and i manage to join the controller with AIR-2702I AP 

But i don't understand when APs are in local mode i don't see at all any of my WLAN , seem that AP doesn't broadcast them 

I have to go in flexconnect mode to make my wlan work 

can someone point me in the right direction to look for a solution or do i have to use flexconnect mode to make it work ?

Your access-points need to be in FlexConnect mode with the vWLC. If you want to, you can access-points automatically be put into FlexConnect mode with "config ap autoconvert flexconnect" on the CLI.

Well I want to let you know that vWLC support LAP only in flex connect mode .
