AP Not Joining the WLC

i am facing an issue with my ap and controller 

Here is my equipment

Cisco Catalyst 3750 series POE switch

Cisco WLC 2100 Series Actual 2112 version 7.0.252.0

Cisco Air-AP1042N-E-K9
