AP reboot was due to crash

Hi team,

We are using the C9105AXI-S AP with the EWC image installed, operating in standalone mode. This is a new AP, but when connected to our current network, it occasionally gets disconnected, and the LED indicator flashes alternately green and red. We checked the logs and found some messages:

%APMGR_TRACE_MESSAGE-3-WLC_AP_LOG_MSG: Chassis 1 R0/0: wncd: AP Remote Log: 6871.6118.ac20 Last AP AP6871.6120.DC34 reboot was due to crash

How can I identify the root cause of this crash? I also tried installing another C9105 AP running EWC, and it encountered the same issue.

Logging file in attachment

Thanks

A crash will/might leave a crashlog in the flash.

So this confirms it is a software-related crash.  How about upgrading the firmware to, say, 17.12.5?

How can I get the crash files to see what caused the problem?

maybe the beam-selection config, please use not configured.

```
%APMGR_TRACE_MESSAGE-3-WLC_GEN_ERR: Chassis 1 R0/0: wncd: Error in  AP has joied RF-tag default-rf-tag - Radio Profile default-radio-profile with beam-selectionwhich is not applicable for this AP
