AP2800 is rebooting with the below reason

I am having a AP2800 model and I am seeing this error in AP.

system_monitor.service holdoff time over, scheduling restart.

Started System Monitor service.

Starting System Monitor service...

Software version - 8.9.100.0

Is this happening to all AP’s? What changes were made if any? Any other aps working? Have you tried to factory reset the ap? You should also look at moving to 8.10.x.

No change has been done.
currently we are seeing issue with only these AP models.

Is these error indicate issue with HW or any known bugs.

AP is running 8.9.100.0.  That is enough info I need to recommend for an upgrade to 8.10.X.X.

Also the AP is running in mobility express setup.
