AP350 and multiple Users

I have a AP350 in my home connect to a switch that is connected to a cable modem. All PC's that I connect to the switch get a different IP address thru DHCP. My problem is that I can not get more than one device to Associate with the AP. I have two 340 PCMCIA's and two laptops. I would like them both to Associate so that both can be used. I also have a third party PCMCIA card for an HP Jornada 720. It works fine with either the 3rd party or the 340's, but the laptops must be turned off for it to associate. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure they are set for infrastructure mode, not ad-hoc.
