AP350 Upgrade to IOS - Clients not associating anymore!

I upgraded an AP350 to IOS and now clients are not associating. The radio interface seems up but no client association is happening. I know that the client works as I am able to associate to other APs. Please help. The client used to test is with Broadcom 802.11b/g chip.

What do I do?

Try wiping the config and see if you can associate with the default settings. Also, do you see any error messages on the AP console when your client attempts to associate?
