Unfortuantly you can not perform a password recovery on that device.
Due to its age it will no longer be under warranty, but if it is covered under a support contract then you can get an RMA to replace this unit, to do this you will need to contact the TAC.
If it is not under a support contract then you will need to try and find what the password was.
This limitation has been fixed on all of the product range now and only affect older devices
