Hi guys,

Anyone of you having this issue, where both of the AP act as the ME controller? Since both act as ME controller (as I check by accessing via Console), one of the AP cannot discover from the ME Controller. Any chance this is due to not configuring the secondary ME / ME Failover?

It keeps happen randomly, sometimes on a shorter time, sometimes few days only the issue happen. I tried to replace both AP and Power injector, but seems its still happen.

Any advice?

lets start at the bottom?

are these AP's connected to the  same network/vlan so they can detect each other by vlan broadcast?

Hi pieterh,

Sorry for late reply, a years back..

For this issue, I dont have the visibility to check their switch configuration, as their company policy not allow me to access their switch.

As from customer update, they resolved it by their own. I suspect there is misconfiguration on the switch port itself.
