C2700 AP Not Joinining vWLC

Hello I'm trying to get my AP to join my vWLC and it's not working. I've tried multiple versions of the vWLC with the same behavior. Something is wrong with my AP. It joins for a brief moment then it drops. Can you assist please. I've tried resetting through the mode button but that didn't do it. I'm using 8.3.102 for the controller version

If you want to stick with 8.3 then find the latest 8.3 firmware.  Don't stick with the first version that was released because I can guarantee the list of bugs are as long as a take-away menu.

Just to make sure as it seems you tried many things. Did you have licenses and if you does did you activated it by accepting the EULA?

 Also, what the AP policy looks like? Which certificate type do you have checked?
