can aironet 1200 be bridged with AIR-AP350 wireless router

can an aironet 1200 be bridged with AIR-AP350 wireless router. I would like to have AIR-AP350 on the 13th floor of the building and the Aironet 1200 on the 9th floor. I would like the aironet 1200 to connect to the AIR-AP350 without the aironet 1200 having a physical connection. just powered up and ip' address and ssid broadcasting search to try and connect to the AIr-AP350, Is this possible.

What clients are going to associate with the 1200? If you're just trying to extend your coverage area for additional wireless clients, you can do this with a 1200 in repeater mode. But, if you're trying to connect a wired lan on the 9th floor back to your 13th floor network, that's a bridging scenario and you need a 1300 or a WGB352 instead of the 1200.
