Can't access via GUI or SSH WLC 3504

I can ping WLC management ip from my network but not able to access GUI or SSH to the WLC 3504. From console i have checked both HTTPS and SSH is enabled. I need to install DNA license. Please help.

@King_1988  you do have HA problem.

 I would suggest you take a backup and reload both wlc.

Hi @King_1988 

 If you can ping the management interface but not able to https or ssh I womder if you if you há e CPU ACL on the WLC bocking you.

 And which error do you get whe  you try?

@King_1988 is it your service port cabled? You can try using the service port.

 Can you share the command "show run-condig command"?

I tried with service port, but still not accessible.

If you can ping the service port also and can not access the same way the management interface,  you need to start looking your PC.

Try with another PC, turrn off firewall, anti-virus,  etc.

 The WLC have no ACL and I dont see any config that might prevent you.

Ok i will check that again. Though i have checked with multiple laptops but got same problem. By any chance HA can be an issue?  as i am getting some logs related to HA failure

  • @Flavio Miranda  thanks a lot. After disabling HA and rebooting the device the issue solved. Another thing we are going to install AIR-DNA license if we form HA after installing license for primary one will license will be synchronised?
