Captive Portal Not Displaying

Hi Everyone. I have been experiencing an issue where Meraki Clients' captive portal stopped displaying. I have tried setting a new SSID splash but still not working on that network. Anyone here who have experienced such an setback and successfully resolved it. Thank you.

Hi! From the description it seems like the Splash page/Captive portal used to work but suddently stopped. Is this the correct understanding?
Are all clients affected by this?
What happens when you forget the SSID on an affected client and reattempt the connection?

You may find this document useful:

Let me guess, this only affects a single platform - Android or Apple?

I suggest you open a support case.

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

Few things that you can try:

1. Forget the SSID and then try again

2. Open browser and navigate to www.example.com or

http://escapessl.com and check if the page gets redirected to the splash page.

3. Check the Splash page frequency, reduce that to a shorter duration.
