We implemeted a small Guest wifi for our entrprise we are using a switch with 2 APs 1140 series and a trunk link to a controller called Ucopia to manage profiles and accounts for gusts, This controller is the GW for this network and it is supposed to generate a captive portal to users once associated with the APs . the issue is one of the APs is working fine wihle the other one is showing trouble with the portal captive so user complain that no portal popups even they do get an IP address.
Remark the controller ucopia is VMware installed on ESXi 6.5 , I am not sure is the source of the problem but with hardware appliance of this controller we had not this kind of issues .
