CCO account not working within Cisco Prime 3.1

Hi,

I have recently setup Prime 3.1 and when entering my CCO account details into the GUI in order to download updates.  I get an error message saying that the account details are invalid.

I have logged onto Cisco.com with them ok so the account is active and the password correct etc.

Can anyone assist in telling me what the issue/remedy maybe

File attached showing error message and current configuration.

Does PI server got internet access ?

If not you may need to configure the proxy setting in PI

Hi Scott, 

I am also having this issue, the proxy settings are set correct and the test shows all is working ok.

Although when I input my CCO account details when prompted it thinks about it, then returns to the prompt for password again.

I have tried a random username and password and it reports that does not exist so it is talking to Cisco but when correct details are inputted it just loops.

Have you had any joy since your post ?
