Do Wireless AP's support changing of mac addresses for the AP wireless interfaces?

 

Use Case is addresing privacy concerns obfuscating AP identification / location profiling from gen public war driving scanners

 - Not possible, but as that usually is achieved in cooperation with separate vlan's, Intranet-firewalling could help in shielding and have sufficient access for the needed purposes only.
