Hi.
I am tring to setup a Cisco AIR 1131AG. I have clients using normal windows wireless clients in their laptops. i have done the initial config like turning on the radio and setting up a BVI interafce. Problem is that my windows clients are not even able to detect the wireless network..
Any help will be appreciated.

With some of the wireless client cards you have to broadcasting the SSID on the radio in order for the clients to see/associate to the devices. This would be 'guest mode' on the AP under the SSID configuration. If that does not do it please upload your configuration.

Hi.
I tried the guest mode but that did not help.I would appreciate if you can let me know the basic steps needed to be done in order for the Inbuilt wireless clients [IntelPro 2200BG] to connect to Cisco 1131AG. I have done the basic configuration like giving BVI an ip address.Configuring SSID's and all. But i am not able to detect the wireless connection.

Hello,
Can you please upload the 'show tech' from the AP?
Thanks,
Mark
