Cisco 1200 AP and Dell True Mobile Wireless 1180 USB Adapter

I am having significant trouble keeping Dell PC's configured with the Dell True Mobile Wireless 1180 USB adpater associated with the AP. The AP has been upgraded to the most current IOS. I have contacted Dell as I believe that this is a problem with either the PC or the NIC but have not had much luck. This is a B adapter on a G radio. We have forced the radio to 11 megs or lower and turned off the aironet extensions. The laptops and PC's with internal NIC's work fine. Any help would be much appreciated.

Turn Aironet extensions off and set the preamble to "long", data rates to 1mbps-basic, and the rest to enable.Hope this helps

Thanks for the input...I will try this. I have since found a firmware update for the Dell Nic's and it seems to have helped the performance.
