Cisco 3502e Wireless Access Points Problem

I have 2 Cisco 3502e Wireless Access Points with external antennae that not configure, I get a flashing red light for a minute then nothing. Anyone have any pointers to what could be the problem?

To understand what is really happening, you need to console into the access point and power cycle the unit and look at the output.
