Cisco Aironet Universal AP Priming

Do we have any alternate option to Prime the Aironet Universal APs apart from the cisco air provisioning software ?

I'd never succeed in make it to work with the Android Cisco Air provision. I've been struggling for weeks.

Also, I have not internet access available with our Wlan infra, Since we're using Aironet APs just for operating  our WiFi scanner (just to scan the bar code of any item)

A universal access point can get primed in two ways:

• Manual Priming, using the Cisco AirProvision mobile application
• Automatic Priming, through Cisco Neighbor Discovery Protocol (NDP) message propagation

Is this the only way to prime the Aironet universal AP ?

I already have mentioned about both the steps e.g. Manual and Automatic Priming whether we must need an internet connection and a GPS enabled smartphone.

Assume, I don't have any internet source and GPS enabled smartphone, then how will I Prime the AP. Since we are using this Aironet AP to connect our bar code scanner where the internet is no more available.

Can we achieve this task using console connection or any other methods ?

There is no other way to prime the universal access point.
