Cisco Anyconnect Issue

We are currently testing a Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10 as the OS. The Anyconnect version is 3.1.11004.

At the user login screen I can click on the network sign in button and login through Anyconnect. I can login to Windows fine. When Windows has finished loading, the Anyconnect boxes come up asking for the username and password again. It seems to be logging me out when I sign into Windows when it should still be signed in through the network. Anyone ever encountered this issue or did I miss something obvious?
