Hi Thusara,
ISE is a RADIUS server like any other when it comes to WLC configuration. When you configure shared secret between WLC & ISE, then you can use it as authentication server for wireless authentication.
See this post (last part of the post) as I have shown how to configure ISE for WLC communication.
