Cisco Prime 2.1 + AIR-CT5508-K9 + AIR-AP1852I-E-K9

Prime 2.1 auditing mismatch while AIR-AP1852I-E-K9 is up and running. AIR-AP1852I-E-K9 joins the controller AIR-CT5508-K9 but the prime 2.1 audit status is In Downloading State. I can not manage AP1852I from prime. What is wrong?

 Prime only reads what  happen on WLC. Which is the AP status on WLC?

Try do perform  a sync between Prime and WLC.

On Prime go to Monitor>Network Devices then find and select your WLC. The sync button upside will be available to sync. Click on it, wait sometime and see AP status again.

You didn't state what code you are running, but the 185x support starts at v8.1 and PI 2.1 doesn't support that code version. You need to upgrade to a version that is suppported.

Yeah, that is why you are seeing that mismatch:)
