Cisco Prime can't get into web interface.

I did a dbreinit on my Cisco Prime 2.2 deployment and I can't get into the web interface now. I can still get into CLI, but nothing I have tried has gotten me into web.

 

 

I ran ncs password root password ***** and got this message

 

Loading USER - root
EXECUTION FAILED. Details:
Unknown user.
Exception in Result
Error Occured ::EXECUTION FAILED. Details:
Unknown user.
ERROR: Web interface 'root' password reset failed, Please check the server log file, exiting

 

but I can still enable the root account and disable it with out any apparent errors. Not sure what to try now. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

are you not able to login or not even able to get to webpage ?

paste the output for show application status ncs from CLI

I appreciate the recommendation, but I just did a rehost of the license and rebuilt it. Something was wrong with the root user on that deployment. Now everything is fine.
