Cisco WCS unreacheble

The WCS is installed in one of our servers (unsudes since a very long time) which is monitoring all the WISM controlletrs. But I am not able to access the web page due to very high latency. is there any way I can find out where it is installed and how I can solve the latency and access issue.

Can you elaborate on 'latency'? When you ping it, the RTT's are high do you mean?

ping -a should give you the hostname (if it is in DNS).

The latency issue could be caused by a lot of different things. Perhaps do a traceroute to the device to see if it shows where the latency is occuring?
