hello Team,

here the issue is the client is facing the wifi slowness.

wlc model: 5508

WLC IOS version:8.2.166.0

Ap-model:AIR-CAP2602I-E-K9

Client machine:mac book

Here the issue is when the mac book clients trying to connect to wifi(corporate-ssid), the client is getting connected to 802.11bn protocol and simultaneously the client is facing slowness.

Tried disabling the radio 2.4 radio in the access points , even after the client is connecting to same radio in a different AP.

You're saying "client". Are saying there is only ONE wireless client having issues?

1. Is 5.0 Ghz turned on? yeah 5GHZ is turned on

2. What antenna are you using for the 2.4 Ghz and 5.0 Ghz? for both the radios it is internal radio

Ok, so pick a wireless client and post the complete output to the command "grep include AP.Name|Radio.Signal.Strength.Indicator|Noise.Ratio".
