I am trying to contain rogue accesspoints and just doing some testing. In the syslog I am getting the following message:
Mar 30 11:56:55 10.80.12.5 XYZ: *apfRogueTask_2: Mar 30 11:56:55.751: #APF-1-UNABLE_TO_CONTAIN_ROGUE: [SA] apf_rogue.c:4612 Unable to contain rogue 00:C8:FF:FF:8C:FF - no available AP to contain. Number of Container AP(s) 0, Requested containment level 1 Mar 30 11:56:55 10.80.12.5 XYZ: *apfRogueTask_2: Mar 30 11:56:55.751: #APF-1-UNABLE_TO_CONTAIN_ROGUE: [SA] apf_rogue.c:4692 Unable to contain rogue 00:C8:FF:8C:FF - Failed to find a container AP for the rogue. Number of Container AP(s) 0, Requested containment level 1
I tried the "Auto Containment Level" Auto and 1. When analyzing the log message i am assuming i need to classify APs for "containment" mode. But I could not find anything in this direction.
Maybe someone can give me a hint in the right direction.
