CSCur70227 - OSAPI-3-FILE_OPEN_FAILED error comes up every 30 sec

I have this Issue and would like to resolve it.

It could resolve upgrading Software Version ?  This is Bug CSCur70227

no there is no fix image for this Bug , either you live with this cosmetic error or replace the WLC ,
