Dead BR350 - All lights solid

Recently one of our BR350's started showing the following behaviour:

All three status lights are solid. Ethernet is solid red, Association status is solid green, and Radio activity is solid yellow..

Is this a dead unit, or can it be resurrected in some way?

It could be a faulty power supply or faulty firmware. If possible try swapping power supplies with a known working power supply. If you can console into the bridge, try upgrading the firmware if the power supply does not do the trick.
