Difference between AP1232AG & AP1231G

What is the difference between AIR-AP1232AG-E-K9 802.11g IOS AP w/Avail CBus Slot, ETSI Cnfg AND AIR-AP1231G-E-K9 802.11a/g dual radio IOS AP, ETSI cfg ?

Both part numbers need to order Antenna separetly ?
