DOT11 radio 0 stuck in status reset protocol down

Hi guys

I am using a 1310 AP (bridge) with power injectors.

I have tried to power off the injectors, but the dot11radio interface is not showing up. Its showing status reset and protocol down,

Please help!Urgent

Is this a new install? If so, did you configure the SSID and authentication method for that radio?

Do you see a hardware error when consoled in and power cycling the bridge?

Power off the AP, console the AP, power on the AP.

Post the entire bootup process.

I changed the role in the network to Root node on this brodge and the radio interfaces came up, but this device stopped talking to other network.

There is similar  1310 bridge set up in such a dierction so that it can talk to this bridge, but this is not pinging from the rest of the network.

One Small ESW-520-8P switch is connected to this 1310 bridge but the switch can be pinged from the bridge.

Does that mean it is faulty or antenna problem...
