DTLS ISSUE AP not joining wlc

Team how many possibilities are there if we get DTLS connection issue.

TEam , i wanted to know how many possibilities are there when this error comes During the AP joining process. I mean to say after discovery the WLC by AP , we are getting DTLS connection error so AP is not able to Join WLC. What need to be checked , is there any physically connection issue. ? or what.

 If problem persists, post a logging-trail of the particular DTLS error observed but include sufficient lines , before and after the core errors seen
